Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
This page explains cancellations and refunds for Sunflower's live workshops and the digital resources sold with them. To ask about anything else, email [email protected].
Live workshop tickets
You will receive a full refund if you ask for one at least 72 hours before the workshop's scheduled start.
Requests made within 72 hours of the start are reviewed individually.
If Sunflower cancels a workshop, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
To request a refund, email [email protected] and include the email address you used at checkout.
The Clear Signal Decision Planner and other digital resources
If a workshop ticket that includes the Clear Signal Decision Planner (the VIP ticket, or a General ticket with the planner add-on) is refunded, access to the planner delivered with that ticket may be revoked.
Recordings
Workshops are live. A replay or recording is not promised, so a missed workshop cannot be made up from a recording.
