This page describes the information Sunflower handles when you buy a live workshop ticket or a digital resource sold with one. For questions about your information, or about other services, email [email protected].
What we collect
The email address and payment confirmation details you provide at Square's checkout. Payment card details are handled by Square.
A registration record for your purchase: the ticket type, whether the planner was included, and a payment reference.
How we use it
To confirm your registration, give you your private workshop access page, send your confirmation and reminder emails, deliver the Clear Signal Decision Planner where it is included, and handle refund or support requests.
Emails
Workshop confirmations and reminders are transactional emails about your purchase. We do not add workshop ticket buyers to marketing email lists unless you separately opt in.
Newsletter sign-up
If you join the Sunflower newsletter through the MailerLite form, you provide your email address to receive Sunflower's newsletters, upcoming events, classes, special offers, and announcements.
Your sign-up is stored with MailerLite, our email provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Buying a ticket or product does not sign you up for the newsletter.
Service providers
We use Square for payments, Supabase to store registration and access records, MailerSend to send transactional email, MailerLite to send the newsletter you choose to join, Cloudflare to host this website, and Zoom to hold the live workshop. Your participation in the Zoom meeting is also subject to Zoom's own privacy practices.
